Approached by its Mediterranean clients to materialise their dream home for the new chapter in their lives, ATD gave their 400 square meter, semi-detached Victorian home a complete makeover…

Eighteen months later, ATD presented them with a modern 4-bedroom family home of unique and timeless style. Despite its urban location in the heart of Notting Hill’s residential area, ATD was able to create one of the most exquisite naturally lit living spaces in town.

The already grand reception has been further enlarged by a conservatory to accommodate the grand piano. This conservatory also serves as a seamless bridge between the house’s indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces. In its entirety, the house is furnished with vintage pieces sourced from continental Europe, as well as a variety of contemporary design collectables.

During this project, ATD’s main challenge proved to be the relocation of the original staircase which had been badly placed beforehand. ATD was required to re-model the entire living space around the newly designed staircase.
