Kensington Town House

We worked with Sule for over a year on our home, as we expanded our basement and updated the rest of our home to reflect our changing needs as a family. Throughout the entirety of the design process, Sule and her team worked collaboratively with us all to ensure that the home we created contained spaces we could use as a family, as well as individual spaces we could retreat to which expressed our personal tastes while maintaining a cohesive whole. From the masculinity of the more industrial look in the basement for the boys’ rooms to the purple walls and softer furnishings of our daughter’s room on the top floor, the house she designed fit and indeed exceeded the initial design brief. She has an incredible eye for texture and manages to create coherence out of disparate objects while maintaining a vision for the project as a whole. We wholeheartedly recommend her for anyone looking to create a livable space that is nonetheless aesthetically delighting. Her ability to manage the intricacies of the project, from finding specialist craftsmen to bring her ideas to life to working with our architects and engineers on the structure of the house in its entirety was extremely impressive and made the project much more enjoyable for us.
